These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use the TechMatrix Edge website or School ERP. If a school purchases or subscribes to the platform, its separate order, quotation, or service agreement may also apply.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or platform.

If you use School ERP through a school, you do so under that school's account and permissions. The school's agreement with us governs its subscription and service-specific terms.

You may use our website for lawful, informational, and legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the website.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.

School ERP is a school management platform that may provide tools for student and staff records, admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, parent communication, transport, library, hostel, and related administrative workflows. Features may depend on the school's selected plan, configuration, and applicable agreement.

Website descriptions are general information and do not guarantee that every listed feature is included in a school's subscription.

The school's subscription or written service agreement defines its plan, enabled features, user access, support, fees, and any school-specific configuration or integrations.

If these terms conflict with a school's written service agreement, the service agreement governs the subscription to the extent of the conflict.

Subscription fees, included features, payment schedules, taxes, and any applicable setup or support charges will be stated in the relevant quotation, pricing information, or written service agreement.

Additional users, features, integrations, data migration, training, or services outside the agreed plan may require additional fees or a change to the service arrangement.

Payment due dates, taxes, and other applicable charges will be set out in the school's pricing information or service agreement.

Overdue payments may affect platform access or support where permitted by the school's service agreement and applicable law.

Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of information they enter into School ERP, including student, parent, guardian, and staff records. Schools must provide any required notices and obtain permissions or authorisations required by applicable law.

Schools are responsible for reviewing information entered into the platform and keeping appropriate copies of records in accordance with their own requirements.

School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts, assigning suitable access permissions, and ensuring that users keep their credentials confidential. Users must use the platform only for authorised school purposes and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

School ERP features and workflows may be updated or changed over time. Any school-specific configuration, integration, or additional requirement outside its agreed plan may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.

Any significant change may be reviewed and confirmed by both parties before implementation.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the website and its original content, including branding, text, graphics, layouts, source materials, and code owned by TechMatrix Edge, remain the property of TechMatrix Edge or its respective licensors.

Rights to information and materials submitted by a school remain with their respective owners. The school authorises us to host and process that information as needed to provide and support School ERP, subject to the applicable service agreement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, plugins, APIs, stock materials, and other third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

School ERP may rely on third-party hosting, communication, payment, analytics, or integration services, depending on configuration and use.

The availability, pricing, policies, security, and functionality of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Access to School ERP, hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support, and other ongoing services will be provided according to the school's plan and applicable service agreement.

Features, support hours, service availability, backups, and data export options may vary by plan or agreement. Schools should retain appropriate records and contact us to confirm the options that apply to their account.

Information a school or its users provide through School ERP may include confidential school and student records. We will use such information to provide and support the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy and the school's service agreement, and take reasonable measures to protect it. Any additional confidentiality commitments are governed by a separate written agreement.

We aim to provide reliable School ERP services. However, platform access is subject to availability, technical limitations, and the terms of the applicable school service agreement.

We do not guarantee that School ERP will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or available at all times. Schools remain responsible for reviewing records and decisions made using information in the platform.

Where a specific warranty or service commitment applies, it will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechMatrix Edgewill not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or School ERP.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Any School ERP-specific limitation of liability will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

We may suspend or restrict access to School ERP where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Ending a school's subscription or service will be governed by its applicable agreement, including payment, notice, or data handover requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website or School ERP, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through information or materials supplied by you.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to School ERP, our website, or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

These terms will be interpreted and governed by applicable laws, subject to any specific terms agreed in writing between TechMatrix Edge and a school. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal and contractual requirements.
